Thank you for shopping with Jollies Krafts! We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.

 Order Processing Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times once dispatched: - Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 business days - Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. UK Delivery Only
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation,

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item(s) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jollieskrafts@gmail.com
so we can resolve this for you.
