Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at jollieskrafts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom-made items (these are made especially for you)
- Items from our “Not Quite Perfect” range, unless they arrive faulty or damaged
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that:
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or misdescribed. We recommend using a tracked service for your own peace of mind, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in the post.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at jollieskrafts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
